Our mission is to ensure we meet the needs of trainers and delegates and to support you all in achieving your objectives.
Smart Training Space was created with trainers in mind, we listened intensely to what trainers required to ensure we create the right sort of training space, offering a choice of various rooms which can accommodate 2 to 50 delegates.
Our aim is to create a space where trainers can literally walk in and deliver their training. Our task will be to ensure all the peripheral detail is organised and in place prior to your arrival.
How will we do this?
We will work with you from concept to delivery and beyond, developing and sustaining a personal relationship that is unique. Our service to you will be distinguished by outstanding attention to detail, addressing those items that can make so much difference, we recognise each trainer has unique requirements and by supplying a comprehensive check list and instruction sheet prior to the commencement of the course which will assist us in meeting your needs.
Our task will be to ensure we deliver your exact room lay out, A/V requirement, catering and refreshments all on time, which we can manage all these for you, to allow you to focus on your training delivery. We are confident that the ‘Environment’ section of your delegate feedback form achieves only high scores!
